Learn the language of care your body was never shown

Weaving science with embodied wisdom to honour what you've survived, teach the care skills you missed, and help your nervous system finally rest.

I see you working so hard…

Scanning the room – and your phone – for how you need to be to be okay. It's exhausting.

People's faces, words, bodies, opinions, AI. So loud you can barely hear yourself think.

You've tried all the self-care things. But right now? You're stuck.

Frozen. Performing. Too exhausted to even move towards care that actually feels like care.

And when you do? It feels risky. Scary, even.

Because survival has become safer than care.

And survival wins every time.

Here's the truth: This is how care was modeled to us. That others know better. That we're either wrong or right. That care is something done to us, not with us.

You don't have a self-care problem.

You have a nervous system doing exactly what it was trained to do – protect you.

But those patterns that once kept you safe? Now they're keeping you stuck – in chronic pain, burnout, disconnection.

You're not broken.

You just missed the developmental skills that make care feel doable instead of impossible.

When you work with me, something shifts.

I create spaces where your nervous system can finally soften.

Through somatic and creative practices, we build the foundations your body has been yearning for.

The result?

You move from freeze to flow. Survival to care that feels alive.

You learn your body's language and discover care isn't something to master.

It's who you've always been.

How we can work together

Whether you're seeking deep transformation in a group container, personalised 1:1 support, or embodied movement practices to integrate into your life – there's a pathway for you.

CareWeaver 3 month group experience:

Transform your relationship with care over three months.

We explore six core movements – Anchor, Disrupt, Listen, Move, Receive, Ripple – building the care skills your body didn’t get the chance to learn.

Through pre-recorded content, live group coaching, somatic practices, and gentle community support, you'll discover care isn't something to achieve. It's something that rises when you finally feel safe enough to receive it.

I just want to thank you so much for being so understanding, safe, accepting and so much more. It's allowed me to be more me in the group.

All about me

Hi, I’m Claire!

Somatic Therapist, Registered Music Therapist, Neuropsychotherapist, Cultural Care Advocate

I began as a Registered Music Therapist working in psychiatric care, circling one relentless question: Is it possible to get well in a culture of shame?

That question pulled me through neuroscience, trauma training, a PhD attempt and eventually my own breaking point – where I discovered that skills mean nothing when your nervous system won't let you move.

That's when I turned to somatic therapies, embodied practices and started looking more closely at the cultural soil we're all planted in.

Now I weave neuroscience with soul-deep wisdom, creativity with cultural critique – because healing isn't just about individual transformation. It's about reimagining care so it can finally feel accessible to all of us instead of impossible.

Your next step

The care you're seeking isn't out there.

It's already in you – waiting to be remembered, rebuilt, received.

Let's create the space for that to happen.
